We can’t get enough of these lately! They taste so good in the heat wave we are having. The amount of sugar can be varied depending on the kind of mangoes you are using. We’ve been using a 1/2 cup because we bought a box of champagne mangoes, and they are a little more tart. If you have a sweeter variety, feel free to drop it to 1/3 or 1/4 cup.

Mango Smoothie
4 ripe mangoes
1/4 milk
2 cups ice
1/2 cup sugar
Put all ingredients into a blender, starting with the ice. Pulse until mango and ice are chopped fine. Serve immediately.
