A surprisingly delicious smoothie made mostly from vegetables.
1 carrot, chopped into small chunks
1 stalk celery, chopped into small pieces
3 beets with greens
1 small box raspberries
2 cups ice
1 cup vanilla yogurt (I like Tillamook’s Vanilla Bean)
1 Tablespoons honey (optional)
Milk for desired consistency
Blend ingredients together and serve immediately.
