Today I’m sharing a new family favorite: kale chips.
They won’t fill you up, but they are delicious. My kids beg me to make more. What’s a mom to do when her kids ask for more dark green veggies?
Celebrate! That’s a pretty fabulous situation to be in.
Give them a try and tell me what you think.
Kale Chips
Kale, one head
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Brush kale leaves with olive oil, then cut off of the stalk to your preferred size of chip (they will shrink a lot). Sprinkle with salt and cook 10 minutes. Flip the leaves and cook 10 minutes more, or until the leaves are crisp. Let cool, eat, and enjoy!
