My husband owns a company called Viking Development. He builds custom homes, and I must say, he does an incredible job! He really cares about what the homeowner wants, and he packs each of his homes with quality craftsmanship. Originally a trim carpenter (that’s how he supported us through college), he makes sure he actually frames, sides, and trims his homes himself (with his business partner) to make sure everything is perfect. His homes are all engineered for the area they are built in, and there’s one area I think makes working with him so wonderful: he is a super listener. He also owns a garage door franchise, and they install these for anyone who needs them.
Dave and I don’t work together….our companies are completly different. However, if I’m asked to help, I will step in and assist in making decisions if a homeowner is stuck. I’ve been lucky enough to help a lot of homeowners pick colors for their exterior, and I wanted to show you guys some of the homes Dave has built today.

Dave didn’t build this home, but he was asked to re-side it. I think the new siding turned it into a stunning place! The front:

Dave helped an architect build this home. It’s for sale now, and it is nearly 10,000 square feet of amazingness (that might not be a word, but it fits) :).
He’s built three versions of this home:

Hey this is Krista (Weber) Hirschi. We might be moving back to some land in Freedom and if we did we’re looking at building options. Marcus and Lxi recommended David’s Viking Development and so we wanted to check how many months out he’s scheduling and how much he’d estimate for a 3000 sq ft rambler
